How to Prepare and Train for Emergency Procedures
A review of important emergency and abnormal procedures as well as how to train for them. ADS-B- Am I ready for 2020.
Date and Time:
Tuesday, March 13, 2018, starting at 19:00 Central Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Craig Patterson and Dan Vengen
Brief Description:

How will you train for engine and equipment malfunctions so that it becomes an automatic reaction? What would you do if you smelled smoke in the cockpit or had a door suddenly open in flight?  This seminar will provide an overview of abnormal and emergency procedures that general aviation pilots encounter and often are not prepared due to a lack of knowledge and proficiency.  We will discuss best practices and the use of scenarios.

In preparation for 2020, we will discuss the requirements for ADS-B and the looming deadline.
