Brief Description:

Designated Pilot Examiner and United Airlines Pilot, Rick Rawlins, will discuss the effects of the Airman Certification Standards on the practical test for instrument rating.  

Rick Paige, retired FAA controller, will discuss IFR operations and training in the Houston area. Rick is now working contract for SAIC at the Houston TRACON as a trainer.  

Express Jet will end the event with opportunities available for pilots.
