Brief Description:

At this event we will discuss best practices for teaching Airworthiness Awareness in the hope that students will learn how to avoid system/component failure events.  We also talk about best practices for systems operation and how to prepare students to deal with an engine failure in flight.  This is a forum so your participation is essential to success.  We really need to hear from you so be sure to join in the discussion. 

Flight Instructors, Ground Instructors, Designated Pilot Examiners, Instructors in training or any pilots are welcome and encouraged to attend. Join your flight instructor colleagues and take an active role in improving safety in flight training!  Click on the link below and register TODAY!

We meet in the large classroom at Western North Carolina Aviation.  Parking in front of the school or in the gravel parking lot diagonally across the street.  If you fly in tell ground you want taxiway hotel or kilo and park in between the large hangers.
