This is a mandatory event for all Commemorative Air Force Minnesota Wing Pilots. The course will cover CRM and how it affects flying in the single and multi-crew airplanes we operate. This event already occurred on 12/2/17 from 10am to 2pm with 35 in attendance.

We are very honored to have two experts in the field of CRM share their knowledge. Jack Barker, PhD is a current United Airlines pilot and cognitive psychologist specializing in aviation human factors. Yo Suzuki Hoffner has vast experience as a crew resource management instructor and facilitator. Together they will show us the history and effectiveness of CRM, have active participation with us to understand what goes right and wrong with a culture of non-CRM implementation, and answer specific questions about how we can improve.
