Flying in the SFRA and the FRZ is easier than you might think!
Join us for one of two seminars reviewing the Washington, D.C. Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA) and Flight Restricted Zone (FRZ). We’ll prepare you to easily access all D.C. area airports including the“Maryland 3” airports: Hyde Field/ Washington Executive, College Park, and Potomac Airfield.
Learn about the authorization process and requirements for flights in the FRZ, filing and ATC procedures, and important tips for incident and worry-free flying around the D.C. area.
If you don’t have your own FRZ pin code yet, sign up to get your fingerprints taken on site! In a single day, you can meet all the requirements to get your own FRZ pin code. We couldn’t make it any easier.

2:00 – 3:00 Afternoon group departs to visit airport

Note: If you would like to be fingerprinted during the event, please contact harfordair@msn.com (410-836-2828) to sign up. There is a charge for fingerprinting and a criminal history record check, both of which are required to receive a FRZ pin. The fingerprinting fee must be paid and online forms filled out prior to the seminar.
