Brief Description:
Making the airspace safer is not enough to lower the accident rate. Pilots must think more critically if they are to maintain the safety margins new technology has provided when we fly.
Partick Ayd, NWS forecaster out of Bismarck, ND, will discuss how critical thought flight planning can save your life.
Jay Flowers will discuss various terms, regulation, and best practice application in known icing type weather.
