The HFA weekend FIRC: Flight Instructor Refresher Course is held usually the third weekend of every month and meets the FAA’s mandate for the renewal of your expiring CFI certificate. This course is also very educational and beneficial to every pilot - you don't need to be a CFI to sign up and enjoy the benefits.

"Heritage Flight Academy is located on the west-side of Long Island MacArthur Airport and not at the 'main terminal entrance.' The HFA Sign on Smithtown Ave is next to Liberty Jet.
