Title:
Electricity 172
Topic:
Unravel some of the mystery of the world of electronics
Date and Time:
Saturday, May 13, 2017, starting at 12:00 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Dave Kramer
Brief Description:

This seminar is meant to build on the information you learned in private pilot ground school about the electrical system in a basic single engine general aviation airplane.  It will also better prepare you for a more advanced and excellent lecture by Ben Taber in June  entitled “Electricity for Pilots”

Join Dave Kramer as he will walk you through the basic electrical system of a Cessna 172 and the causes and remedies of its failures.  You’ll be able to visualize the system in your mind and reason out the procedures when a part of it fails.

Dave Kramer MD is an instrument rated, tailwheel endorsed private pilot as well as a basic and instrument ground instructor with an interest in weather. He has been flying since 2012, has close to 800 hours of which 300 have been in the IFR system.  He also enjoys flying at night with almost 100 hours logged as well as flying in the LA area.

This event qualifies for FAA Wings credit.
