Brief Description:
Designated Pilot Examiner and FAA Safety Team Representative Doug Smith will take us through the steps to be a safe seaplane pilot. He will cover preflight, docking, takeoff and landing, rough and glassy water operations, and emergencies. There will also be a discussion and training for dealing with aquatic species that may adhere to seaplane floats.
