We will discuss loss of communications while you are airborne or on the ground at a towered airport. Whether flying IFR or VFR, loss of communication can make a difficult situation worse. You should know what to do and what ATC will expect you to do if you lose your ability to communicate. We will have suggestions on filing your flight plan with the possibility of loss of commuincations while your are in IMC or flying under IFR.
