Join the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) for a 2-hour seminar covering everything you need to know about small unmanned aerial systems (UAS), UAVs, RPVs, drones -- whatever you want to call them -- for recreational, photography\videography, commercial operations, search and rescue, law enforcement and more. This session will brief you on applications\usage, safety issues, best practices, Federal Aviation Regulations (FARS), and especially the new FAA FAR Part 107 for Commercial sUAS Operations. Learn how CAP is now augmenting their flight operations with drones for their Disaster Recover and Search & Rescue operations. Static displays, demonstrations and lunch will also be available as part of this CAP Open House seminar.
