Private Pilot Bucket List- What to do after you get your license
Speaker(s):
Herb Patten, SCFC Pilots
Brief Description:
Congratulations, you’ve earned the coveted PPL. You undoubtedly have a long list of things you want to do and places you want to go.There are so many reasons to fly and so many great flying challenges that await us, it's a shame some pilots rarely push themselves beyond a $100 hamburger flight. Just for this exciting discussion that will give you new ideas for ways to use your pilot skills and share the wonder of California with your family and friends.
Join Herb Patten,an FAA certificated advanced and instrument ground instructor who teaches Private Pilot ground school at San Carlos Flight Center, along with other SCFC Pilots to share your own bucket list and get some new ideas to add to it. He will share a list of over 50 new pilot bucket list items gathered from interviewing scores of pilots. On the bucket list were flights specifically targeted at new nearby destinations, flights oriented around food, flights designed to stretch a new pilot’s skills and flights just for fun.
