Driving: from the intersection of Fry Blvd & SR 92 drive east 1 mile on SR 90; turn north on Guilio Cesare, then 4 miles to Public Works parking on the right. Look for event signs.

This program will run from 9 AM to Noon. If you need transportation from the airport, you should be in the terminal building no later than 8:30 to allow time to get from the airport to the meeting.
Fly in arrivals: ATIS 134.75; restricted area (R2303) and tower are normally not active on weekends. If active, contact APP, follow ATC instructions; otherwise treat as non-tower arrival on CTAF. APP 127.05, TWR/CTAF 124.95, GND 121.7. Runway 26 is right-traffic, 08 is left traffic. Park on north side of airport in GA Parking - east of terminal and south of hangars. Volunteers will be at terminal to assist you with transportation.
