Title:
FltPlan Go- Using a Free Flight Planning App
Topic:
FltPlan Go is a free flight planning app
Date and Time:
Wednesday, August 24, 2016, starting at 19:00 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Reid Raisanen
Brief Description:

As iPads make themselves more useful in the cockpit, pilots have a broad choice of which app to use.  In this ever changing app marketplace, it’s worth staying up to date on what is available.  If you are just staring with your iPad for aviation, or if you’re just looking to find out about another application to choose from, join us for this presentation.

Reid Raisanen is a CFI at San Carlos Flight Center, and he uses FltPlan Go as his electronic fight bag (EFB).  We’ve invited him to share with our pilot group the basics of how he uses FltPlan Go for his VFR and IFR flying.  He will also review some of the app's limitations.  Feel free to bring your iPad and join along in the presentation.
