Josh is a former airline pilot (ExpressJet) and current attorney in Houston, Texas. He has represented a wide variety of clients including individuals, non-profit organizations, small businesses, and large independent oil & gas companies. Josh focuses primarily on litigation with an emphasis on labor & employment matters, corporate transactions, and aviation. Josh is an Airline Transport Pilot and CFI with more than 18 years and 6,000 hours of flying experience. Josh is often sought for expert testimony and media consulting in aviation-related matters.

During this seminar, Josh will cover your legal responsibilities as pilot in command, as well as other aviation related legal matters.
