For years, airlines have used CRM (crew resource management) training to significantly improve safety. Join us to learn how you can use SRM (single pilot resource management) to improve the safety of your flying. Specifically, we will discuss Situational Awareness, Task Management, Automation Management, Risk Management, ADM and CFIT. Through applying a systematic approach to the way you think and act you can prevent becoming another NTSB statistic.
