Brief Description:
Roger will cover some of the beginning history of RADAR and the ADS-B.  He will also cover the requirements for different aircraft, ADS-B out, ADS-B in, it's use in the National Airspace System and some of the alternatives available to general aviation.  Roger will cover some of the lessons he has learned, along with a few practical tips.
