Angel Flight West (AFW) is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air transportation within the 13 Western states. To fly missions, you'll need to meet some minimum requirements, and complete a ground orientation. In addition to the rewards of service, Angel Flight West hosts special events and speakers series on aviation related topics where you can meet fellow pilots. For pilots flying Angel Flight West missions, many FBO's offer fuel discounts and waive customary fees.
