Brief Description:
Dale Walker, Lead Operations Supervisor of the Fort Worth FSS will explain the benefits and requirements of the ICAO flight plan format.
Dale will also, explain and help you create an account with the FSS to get you the same weather that a flight service weather briefer will use to brief you.  This is a new offering from the FSS, and the first briefing offered to the flying public.
