At the end of each briefing, you will need to have the HAI Technical Committee Host initial the IA Renewal sheet to verify your attendance.  Following your final briefing, sign and date the IA Renewal sheet and turn it into the HAI Technical Committee Host or the HAI Course Registration Desk.  HAI staff will use your IA Renewal Sheet to issue you a Certificate of Completion.
