Brief Description:
This is an 8 week course that will provide you with the knowledge to pass your FAA Knowledge Test for the Fundamentals of Instruction (FOI) and Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI) certificates.  Certificated Flight Instructors who wish to renew their certificates should also attend this as a Flight Instructor Refresher Course (FIRC).   Initial CFI candidates should attend this course as preparation for the Practical & Oral Examinations. *FIRC pending 2011 approval.

The courses will be taught by several instructors, CFI Interns, and include guest speakers who work as professional pilots or designated pilot examiners.  It may include field trips to various aviation facilities, flying clubs, and more!

There is a fee to attend this event which is due the first night of class and also textbook fees upon ordering, please contact Scott Johnson for details.  Individual instruction will be available for an additional fee if needed.    The text materials are the 2011 Gleim courses and syllabi, and FAA instructors handbooks.  Kits ordered through Stick-n-Rudder Flight Training receive free shipping.
