Attention all westside Atlanta area pilots and flight instructors: Mark January 19th at 7:00 pm in your Daytimers, PDAs, I-Pods, or smart phones. That is when the Georgia FAASTeam and Abrams Aviation Seminars will host a lively and informative Wings Pilot Proficiency Program at the Carrollton EAA Hangar regarding the risks and challenges encountered during takeoffs and landings. While this activity usually accounts for only 10% of our flying activity, it has been shown to be responsible for almost 50% of our accidents and incidents. Think of the improvement that can be had in our safety record if we could just do a better job in this one small segment of our flying.

Mr. Fred Abrams, owner of Abrams Aviation Seminars, will share knowledge gained from more than 45 years of experience helping pilots and flight instructors develop proficiency in aviation knowledge and skill. If you can attend only one seminar this year, make this the one! It will help you become a safer (and older) pilot. This is a popular seminar that always fills up quickly. Don't miss out!

Sign up right now to receive WINGS credit and reserve a seat before they are all gone!
