The speaker is an aviation professional who can bridge the gap between pilot and chart maker.  Richard Neher, B.S. in Professional Aeronautics, Embry-Riddel Aeronautical University, 35+ years of aviation experience as Pilot, ATC Controller, FAA Designated Examiner, Terminal Procedures Specialist, Data Evaluaton Specialist - Airport Facility Directory.   Mr. Neher is currently a Staff Aeronautcal Information Specialist with the FAA Aeronautical Charting Office in Washington, DC. 

 

This safety program meets the credit requirement for those airmen who are participating or wish to participate in the FAA Wings Pilot Proficiency Program.   All airmen wishing to attend this event are invited to register at:   http://www.faasafety.gov/ and have their attendance verified by signing the form provided at this program.  A special thanks to Jeff Taylor, WI DOT-Aeronautics Division for their encouragement and sponsorship of this event.
