Jim Babcock, Air Traffic Manager from Monterey (KMRY) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) will present some tips for spring flying in the Monterey, Salinas and Watsonville areas which are pertinent to all GA pilots.  Jim will entertain questions submitted by local pilots regarding area operations.
