Crew resource management receives a lot of attention in many aviation circles. This is great for airline crews and in other multi-person cockpit situations. Most of the time, most of us fly alone, or with no other qualified pilots or "crew members" aboard. So, what "crew" and "resources" are available to we general aviation pilots flying without a crew?
Mike Messemer, a former Naval Aviator who flew single-seat F/A-18s off carrier decks, will share some of his first-hand knowledge of this important but frequently neglected topic.
