Title:
Non-Towered Airport Operations Community Gathering
Topic:
This Two Hour Seminar at the Saratoga County Airport (5B2) Will Discuss Non-towered Airport Operations.
Speaker(s):
Melodie Viele
Brief Description:
Saratoga has recently experienced an increase in operations due to the newly renovated facility, the opening of a new restaurant, a busy summer horse racing season, several flight training activities, and a very active glider club. This meeting will be a unique opportunity to foster constructive communication and collaboration within the flying community, as we gather together to discuss ways to mitigate the risk of flying in a very busy non-controlled airspace.
This event will be broadcast via ZOOM. If interested in attending from home, please contact Chris Colemen at chris.coleman@faa.gov, for further instructions.
