Pilots train for in-flight emergencies, but when it actually happens, many are surprised at how quickly things unravel. Hear real stories and lessons learned from an off-field landing after a catastrophic engine failure, an engine overheat at night, aircraft icing, and more.
With those experiences as a foundation, we'll examine a wide variety of in-flight emergencies and discuss how to better prepare for the unexpected — bridging the gap between training and real life to improve your odds of a successful outcome.
