Flying Beyond Technical Proficiency : Developing the Human Behind Performance

Technical proficiency determines what we're capable of doing. Human performance determines how consistently we can access and apply those capabilities. The greatest opportunities for improving performance aren't always found by developing new technical skills. They're often found by intentionally developing the human who must apply them.
