Hindsight Bias often leads to mistaken beliefs. We'll learn about Hindsight Bias and how it could lead pilots into believing a flight is safe, when in fact, it isn't. We'll learn about some of the common factors that cause Hindsight Bias and how they can lead to an accident.
We'll also discuss an aviation accident and determine if Hindsight Bias was present in the accident chain.
