Brief Description:
In this interactive seminar, we’ll be discussing CFI Instructional Service Provider roles to include evaluator, educator, and coach. As an an evaluator we'll talk about the ACS/PTS Standards; as an educator we'll look at knowledge and performance gaps; and, as a coach will provide guidance to higher performance.
We'll also look at the preparation, regulation and guidance, and the part 61 flight review requirements. Finally, we'll look at pilot proficiency through participation in the WINGS program.
