This Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Pilot Clinic that will review available training concerning the last frontier which is Human Factors with focus on Human Information Processing and Startle Response Overview.  With accident rates stabilizing the understanding of Human Factors may offer the best opportunity to further reduce accident rates further.  We will review information from the latest SC FSDO 2nd Quarter SC Safety Report as well.
