Join the Bakersfield Flying Club and Bakersfield Air Traffic Controllers Hector Perez and Serge Byakov for a local ATC safety update and question-and-answer session.  This popular seminar is designed for pilots of all experience levels to improve their skills working with ATC locally and throughout the airspace system.  Review flying incidents involving ATC and ask questions to two of our local controllers.   Effective communication in a busy airspace requires practice in speaking and listening.  Brevity and clarity rule!  Share experiences and techniques with local pilots to improve your flight communication skills.
