- The presentation will address various aspects of flight operations related to pilots and maintenance issues caused by maintenance technicians that result in serious aircraft accidents and incidents. The presentation will use case studies and information developed from previous accidents and incident to provide context to the following areas:
- * Single pilot CRM and conventional CRM practices
- * Decision making and using the appropriate information to make an informed decisions
- * Are you flying or fixing aircraft tired – a discussion of pilot and mechanic fatigue
- * Mechanical malfunction that begin as a benign event that that end up a disaster because of
- improper or inadequate ADM
