This session is all about sharpening your aeronautical decision-making (ADM) skills through both real-world and fictional scenarios that challenge the status quo when it comes to judgment, critical thinking, and risk-management strategies. In aviation, the right decision can make all the difference. And sometimes, the best decision is to just say, “Not right now.” Through interactive audience participation, we’ll explore multiple ways to mitigate risk, highlight the complexity of operational choices, and reinforce that sound ADM is not just a fancy acronym, it’s a mindset. There’s rarely one “correct” answer, but there’s always a responsible one. So, what would you do?
