Brief Description:

This session provides a brief overview of the importance and key elements of an effective emergency response plan (ERP) in a dynamic, interactive fashion. The instructor will explain investigation protocols and how operators can interact with the investigation, as well as internal and external communications, victim/family assistance aspects, ERP format and organization, and implementing ERP training, exercises, and drills.
