We’ll look at the role of advisory classifications and other nonsafety categories as a means of surfacing inefficiencies, workflow gaps, and improvement opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed. The presentation will include real-world examples showing how aviation operators are using their SMS platforms to improve internal communication, reduce downtime, and align safety data with broader performance goals.
