Paul Suffern from the NTSB is a senior meteorologist investigator with the NTSB and has participated in the investigation of over 1000 accidents. His presentation will feature relevant weather examples highlighted in real-world accident scenarios and will include tips on improving weather knowledge in forecasts and observations.
