John Mahany has an ATP with type ratings in the CE-500 (Citation), LR-JET (Learjet), NB-25 (B-25) and the DC-3. He is also a Master CFI. He’s based at Long Beach Airport and has been flying for over 40 years. And he’s STILL learning! In the early 90’s, he spent 4 1/2 years flying in South Central Alaska. Now he flies a Cessna 150 for fun! He’s also a partner in a 1953 Cessna 180, also based at Long Beach. In the summer of 2022, he flew his 150 low and slow across the country to and from AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI! What fun!
