Craig Blumer is an air traffic controller at Quad City Airport (KMLI) and a former blimp pilot. Craig's presentation will discuss what services are provided by air traffic control, when and where you you can obtain these services, and some tips to help both the controller and pilot avoid common miscommunication errors.
This presentation is held as part of the Chapter 1702 monthly meeting. Following the presentation the normal Chapter meeting will be held, which will provide, updates from EAA's Charlie Becker, followed up with other Chapter activities.
