Brief Description:
Some airports in Florida come with unique situations on landing and departure. This presentation will cover a few of those airports and how and when to be aware of their challenges.
These airports include Peter O Knight (Tampa), Albert Whitted (St Petersburg), Venice Municipal, Deland Municipal, also how to get into and out of large airports under Bravo airspace.
This talk will also cover how to safely fly over the Shuttle Runway (KTTS) by understanding the airspace and communications with ATC. A unique opportunity here in Florida.
