The sky is a big place, but occasionally two airplanes manage to be near the same place at the same time.  CFII Chris Tarbell discusses techniques, procedures, and tools pilots and air traffic controllers can use to identify conflicts early on and avoid collisions and hazards.

Through such discussions, you can build proficiency in flying and improve your Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM) - through education and experience, become a better pilot.
