Our speaker is William Bancroft, retired Ohio State Highway Patrol  (OSHP) Pilot. In Ohio, the OSHP is often responsible for the initial on scene assessment and safety after an accident, first responder notification if appropriate, and FAA notification.  Our speaker will discuss what happens, their responsibilities as well as the responsibilities of OSHP pilots.
