Title:
Understanding Flight Training Ops In and Around KVUO Part 93 Airspace - Hybrid Event
Topic:
A Review of Airspace and Flight Training Procedures Unique to the Pearson Part 93 Airspace
Speaker(s):
Brig Williams, CFI, FAAST Rep
Brief Description:
Due to the proximity of KPDX, Pearson Field Part 93 Airspace represents unique challenges for aircraft departures and arrivals. Aero Maintenance Flight Center utilizes standardized flight operations that are aligned with the KVUO Part 93 special flight rules area requirements, and are designed to make departures and arrivals more safe and efficient. The seminar will also focus on “local” knowledge and experience, that pilots can incorporate to enhance safety. Come and enjoy the recently updated FBO at Pearson Airfield. Aero Maintenance Flight Center is a premiere flight training center at KVUO, that makes up the bulk of flight operations.
After the seminar, enjoy a BBQ social hosted by Aero Maintenance.
