The Fourth Seminar starts at 1330-1500; Airport Operations-Winter Operations at KFWA. Gain an understanding of winter field conditions (FICONS/Notams). Runway friction test and runway condition code assessment. How to communicate with the airport snow desk and the FBO-Aero Center. Understanding winter operations will help you plan your flights. You will see and understand the inner workings of winter operations at KFWA.  Don't watch the Airplane movie be here to learn the real operations.

Fly into KFWA, taxi to the FBO-Aero Center or drive in and park at the Aero Center to receive directions to Hangar 2019 just south of the Aero Center.
