Title:
Monthly Safety Meeting
Topic:
Hazardous Attitudes!
Brief Description:
Our seminar will focus on identifying hazardous attitudes that can compromise safety in aviation operations. Learn about the five hazardous attitudes that commonly lead pilots into trouble, and gain valuable insights into how to recognize and counteract these tendencies effectively.
During this seminar, we will also explore the defense mechanisms that students may employ during the flight instruction learning process. Understand concepts such as repression, denial, compensation, projection, rationalization, reaction formation, fantasy, and displacement, and discover how these mechanisms can impact decision-making and safety in flight training scenarios.
