Rick Jeffs, FAASTeam Program Manger, will be presenting a seminar discussing negative consequences when procedures are not followed during aircraft maintenance. Failure to follow procedures resulting in maintenance failures contributes to aircraft accidents, incidents, and violations. General Aviation maintenance personnel failing to follow procedures attributes to the majority of the accidents and violations involving maintenance activities.
