Title:
Expand Your Aviation Horizons-Training Our Ground-Dweller Brains To Reduce Accidents In The Air
Topic:
How To Train Our Ground-Dweller Brains To Respond Correctly To Unexpected Events In The Air
Date and Time:
Saturday, September 23, 2023, starting at 10:00 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Stephen (Steve) Bateman, CFI, LSRM, Ph.D.
Brief Description:

Pilots generally do not have accidents when in their aviation "comfort zones", so it makes sense that we should train to expand those zones.   In the first part of this fast-paced interactive seminar, we’ll explore how and why our ground-dweller brains get befuddled when in the air.  We will then develop some practical ideas for initial and recurring proficiency training that will keep us on top of our game.

Join us at the Clear Lake Splash-In for a weekend of aviation education and fun. Details here:
