The United States Congress is in the process of drafting the most comprehensive bipartisan landmark FAA Reauthorization Act in the history of the FAA. With the 2018 Reauthorization Act expiring September 30th, 2023, the 2023 Act when passed will Reauthorize the FAA until 2028.

This program will give pilots, operators, and aviation professionals a preview of the key legislative provisions that will impact all shareholders in the aviation industry, and is a must for aviation professionals. Highlighted will be a review of key provisions of H.R.3935, also known as the Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act; S.1939, FAA Reauthorization Act of 2023, (the Senates’ companion FAA Reauthorization Act); and Let Experienced Pilots Fly Act, S. 893; the Act authorizing pilot’s to serve in multi-crew covered operations until attaining 67 years of age.
Note that if a final FAA 2023 Reauthorization Act is signed into law by the President prior to the seminar date, the new "Public Law" will be presented.
