Brief Description:
Dr. Richard Haile will lead a discussion on the IMSAFE checklist. He will specifically discuss some of the common illnesses that he sees in his practice and the impact they could have on flying. He will also discuss some common medications - both prescribed and over the counter -that pilots should avoid taking before flying. He will provide some alternative medication that can be safely consumed before flight.
