 If you have ever need help in an aircraft emergency, the Sanford Tower Controllers and the ARFF (Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting ) are there to help.

We invite you to join us on Monday where you will have the perfect opportunity to ask questions to get a better understanding of about Tower and Emergency Fire operations at Sanford Airport.

Our speaker for this month's meeting will be the FAA Manager for the Sanford International Airport. Mr. Theo Aftonomos.The FAA Tower Manager will explain tower operations and the constant challenges of  blending commercial jet traffic with a steady mix of General Aviation aircraft, many of whom are in training status. The speaker(s) will explain Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting operations regarding aircraft emergencies and aircraft fires.

The Vigilante Room at Sanford Airport; it's in the Rental Car Building near the Commercial Airline Terminal. If you fly in to KSFB for this WINGS event, you can park at Million Air FBO and get a courtesy ride over to the seminar's location in the Vigilante Room.  If you drive, you can park in short term parking and parking validation is available at the conclusion of the meeting.
